Description
This is a white label license agreement.
This license agreement grants the user (licensee) the right to use the software under their own brand (name). The agreement provides for the following type of license: non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license, valid worldwide. This grants the licensee fairly broad rights, including the right to modify and customize the software product and to subsequently register derivative works. You may limit these rights or find a similar agreement in our database with different licensing terms.
The payment for using the license is a certain percentage of the licensee’s income obtained from the sale of the software or its derivatives.
The agreement is for a fixed term and includes automatic renewal unless either party notifies the other of termination.
